So, I recently went all kinds of apeshit [and made a 300 song playlist of songs that I feel should get their due as a LSFYL song on RuPaul's Drag Race](https://open.spotify.com/user/mrswearword/playlist/00xmXCnS2cZfHtdDe9BnGp) Here's why, aside from the fact that I am fucking insane. the reason for this playlist is because of my largely merciful but still largely disdainful thoughts on the LSFYL song selections. Yes, there are some stats alongside this. General stats: - Regular Season: 88/116 = 75.8% success rate [with instances of duplicated/reused songs] - All Stars: 12/22 = 54.5% success rate - OVERALL: 100/138 = 72.4% success rate [with instances of duplicated/reused songs] Specifics: - S1: Supermodel (You Better Work), We Break the Dawn, Greatest Love of All, Would I Lie to You? I Feel Like a Woman [EXCEPTIONAL], I’m Coming Out [EXCEPTIONAL], New Attitude, Groove is in the Heart [EXCEPTIONAL], Good As Hell, Nasty Girl, Call Me Mother, Nasty, If [EXCEPTIONAL] 12/15 = 80% success rate - AS1: Opposites Attract, There’s No Business Like Show Business [EXCEPTIONAL], Nasty, Don’t Cha [EXCEPTIONAL], Dancing On My Own [EXCEPTIONAL] 5/6 = 83.3% success rate [5 song in a row streak; near perfect season before Responsitrannity fucked everything up] - AS2: Shake It Off [EXCEPTIONAL], Le Freak (Freak Out), Tell It To My Heart [decent but close to good], Got to Be Real [EXCEPTIONAL], Shut Up & Drive [EXCEPTIONAL], Cherry Bomb, If I Were Your Woman 7/8 = 87.5% success rate [6 song in a row streak; broken by that bullshit Step it Up] - AS3: The dump of a RPDR season 0/8 = 0% success rate, literally all these songs were trash selections that should have resulted in the curator being FIRED. In closing, I went apeshit because I can't stand the fact so many good songs have gone unused largely to RuPaul's Drag Race cheapness and/or lack of taste when it comes to lipsync song choices. Sure there might have been some songs I left off but I went to 300, which is more than enough to make my case.
