Do you want UK hip hop or grime suggestions because they’re very [different](https://pigeonsandplanes.com/in-depth/2015/11/grime-hip-hop) genres. A good starting point would be Kano’s most recent album [Made in the Manor](https://open.spotify.com/album/5AF0uxDdW2IKi3r8jqVgmq?si=8sEsciWDTRWhwGuEA9CFEw). It has a mix of mostly hip hop with a few grime songs (3 wheel-ups, garageskank, flow of the year), with some political/real lyrics. [Dave](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lnI5sc0puYQ) is one of the best rappers (not usually grime) with [political](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ff6CjYBhoI) lyrics. [Aaron Unknown](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VzIFay5QHOo&t=139s) is similar. In terms of female MCs who have done grime, there’s [Nolay](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qiuTt93YXYQ), [Lioness](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZR4F5LxhyrQ), [C Cane](https://open.spotify.com/track/0n7lLnqe1m5poB7Tq7a1m7?si=U4nzFslWQ-iESYZnL-r5LA), [Lady Leshurr](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ruu9DwzVyJ4). One of the best female rappers (not grime) is [Little Simz](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNwCcxZcDds). [Ms Banks](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thLCR9BLCTw) is also a good non-grime rapper.
