*Clover Club* - 1 1/2 oz Gin - 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth - 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - 1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup - 1 Egg White This weeks cocktail is the pre-prohibition classic, Clover Club. For the raspberry syrup I made a rich simple syrup (1 cup sugar to 1/2 cup water) after that was heated I added 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries to the syrup and blended the ingredients together. Finally I strained the seeds out with a fine mesh stainer. We did a dry shake before wet shaking. Most of you already now how easy these go down. The music for this one is our favorite under the radar pop artists. For fans of Lorde, Mø, and Grimes.
