I have the *exact* same sentiments, [here's my Spotify playlist](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0SMfCAp7OUYK59ahHjA6wp?si=f4363cedbf8e46d7) made from several years of looking for actually mathy mathcore. If you have any suggestions I'd absolutely love them. Also have a [general mathy music](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0SMfCAp7OUYK59ahHjA6wp?si=368a6a723e3f4532) playlist if you're interested. Every song on the list has at least 1 time signature change (though admittedly some of them are just 3/4 & 4/4); no jazz though since it's more likely to be mathy and so I just have a general jazz list. Edit: There's defs spazzy splashcore stuff, but it's a mixture overall.
