Day 9 with husband. Today I went back to my studios new online classes and did [Vinyasa 40 for Strong Legs w/ Joyce](https://vimeo.com/ondemand/onepointoneyoga2/401059476?autoplay=1). I am always speculative when a video doesn't say either "slow, beginners, gentle, or for seniors", haha. I'm quick to get discouraged when things get too challenging and I want to stick with yoga. Today's video however, had none of those words in the description, and I loved it! Lots of leg balances, and some core work with some great twisty stretches. Challenged me in all the right ways. I will be coming back to this one. I also really enjoyed the [curated playlist](https://open.spotify.com/user/jvinzani/playlist/0zk6Qn4gTWGdiu6WJX9ya9?si=fakVU_ixSC2UrWdoMOcMBw) for the class. Why give yoga a go this time? I have been on and off yoga for around 20 years. With things fitness related, I describe myself as a jack of all trades, master of none. I tend get bored over time and just change to something else. So I will get really into spin for 3-6 months then tire of it, switch to yoga, switch to hiking a bunch, switch to Just Dance on PS4, etc, etc. For yoga this time around, I was just really stressed out. So rather than replacing my existing fitness activities (lifting and random cardio) I added yoga into the mix. I did it to give myself time and space to breathe, relax, and listen to my body. I think it's been about 6 weeks of almost daily practice. I love it. Everyday I fit these three activities in: yoga, lifting or cardio, and walking.
