Hey Jeremy, just want you to know I’m praying for you. I know these feelings too well, but I need you to know that you are so incredibly loved. Depression/Anxiety are so easily used to make our minds feel like we are less. That we are still our past selves, that we are unloved, that we have no future, that we are not cared for... whatever you could think negatively about yourself... Depression finds a way to make those thoughts come to play. You are so much more than those thoughts, and there is a God who loves you so much that he sent Jesus to die for you, so you could experience freedom and you can experience peace and most importantly... experience life. I don’t know what your thoughts are saying, but you are valuable, you are loved, and you are going to do things. Here are some verses, love you brother and will be praying for you ❤️: Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Psalm 34:18-19 “The Lord is near to the broken-hearted and saves the crushed in spirit. many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.” Psalm 23:4 “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and staff comfort me.” Deuteronomy 31:8- “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
