Just incredibly sublime. The swelling horns and strings in the back ground, the almost strolling piano line. I love the slow build, the incremental increases in intensity. The backing vocals in the coda are divine! And the lyrics, oh the lyrics!!! some of Matt’s best. So hopeless, so forlorn and yet still beautiful, so indelibly human, so enduring.
