Hey so I made a playlist for my friends who want to get into classical :) it contains some of the most beautiful pieces ever that never fail to make me cry, like Rachmaninoff's 2nd piano concerto, Chopin's études and Dvořák's 9th symphony: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5dwBRIr8Y8OXF6xNnz1JTN?si=0flt82Z0T3yYak-3DPGGag&utm_source=copy-link I've never listened to psychedelic rock but if it's really intense/metal then I'd recommend you to listen to the works of Stravinsky (e.g. The Rite of Spring or The Firebird) and Shostakovich (e.g. string quartet #8). If you like Debussy, you might wanna look into the music of his compatriot, Ravel. The first movement "Ondine" from his "Gaspard de la Nuit" is especially haunting and beautiful, it really captures the story of the poem it's based on (i.e., a man is seduced by an ondine to think that he'll become the king of the ocean with her, but in reality is being seduced to his death). Other beautiful works of his are his Miroirs, and Le Tombeau de Couperin, as well as his G major piano concerto.
