Happy dads day! I probably mentioned it before, but I really, really look up to my dad. He put together a great playlist of [protest songs](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0EjVhrQhqTe7GcJ1B2pNFt?si=G-eJYPcwTr-CgqoYn7ivSw) (listen in order) a while back. And I had been promising I’d someday make him a collection of my protest music. For Father’s Day, I made him a playlist of MY favorite protest songs, with a specific Black Lives Matter/hip hop twist. I really hope this will help him understand better what the protests and the BLM movement truly represents, and how it’s affected me and the millions of others.
