Sure, the easiest way is probably to just show you my two main sources! Each ambience playlist is just one of these tracks, set on loop. For everything else, I downloaded the [source files from Phanary](https://github.com/bencodrington/phanary/tree/master/public) and imported them as local files into my Spotify (they're in public/audio/converted).
