Realistically, they're probably going to tour with a smallish band - the other mentions here are all big enough to be either doing their own tour or co-headlining, and given that Fall Out Boy have done that for a few tours now I don't think it's too likely. Pete's [playlist on Spotify](https://open.spotify.com/user/realpetewentz/playlist/6VIIiN18yH46jj8Oe2ZkHe) is pretty interesting to look at in terms of the music he likes. If they play the UK Transviolet (from his playlist) would be a pretty solid choice. Seeing who they've toured with recently, my bet is on a poppier/dancier opener than this subreddit seems to want to see.
