\*Royal Bermuda Yacht Club\* \- 2 oz Dark Aged Rum (also seen Demerara Rum Used) \- ½ oz Falernum \- ¼ oz Dry Curaçao \- ¾ oz Lime Juice \- 1 Barspoon Simple Syrup \- ¾ oz Whole Milk (optional, used to clarify) This dry daiquiri riff was created by Trader Vic, I’ve even seen the drink made without the barspoon of simple. We decided to try clarifying the drink so that it took on the smooth mouth feel of a milk punch in order to match the buttery soft jams of the current yacht rock scene. The drink is also damn fine without going through the trouble of clarifying. To clarify a single serving (although I recommend batching) pour the mixed ingredients of the drink into 3/4oz of whole milk, not the other way around. Let the mixture set for at least an hour in the fridge.
