*Saturn* - 1 1/2 oz Gin - ½ oz Lemon Juice - ½ oz Falernum - ¼ oz Passion Fruit Syrup - ¼ oz Orgeat We put a slight tweak on the gin Tiki classic. The original was a touch too sweet so we dropped the Orgeat from ½ oz to ¼ oz and upped the Falernum ¼ oz to a ½ oz. Tasted a bit more balanced IMO. We also tried to put our own twist on the typical Saturn garnish. The music for this one is a bit of a concept. The song titles are arranged to (loosely) tell the story of travelling to space and back, but feel free to hit shuffle. It’s all modern jazz almost entirely from the UK scene, this is not the stuff playing in elevators. And if you didn’t know [Sun Ra](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sun_Ra), who all this music is indebted to, claimed to have traveled to Saturn.
