It should be specified under what content : \-Youtube Royalty Free Music -> you're able to monetize the content of videos \-Twitch/Mixer Royalty Free Music -> you're able to stream the music when you play. \-TV / Movies Royalty Free -> Not really "free", as music can be registered to Performance Rights Agencies. Thus Networks, Studios have still to pay a fee to authors. ​ \-Note that you should be careful, as some music for Twitch cannot be added to Youtube, as it is different type of Rights/License.
