My best friend is decidedly…. average? In her musical consumption. Which is to say she doesn’t like many of the less “wacky” bands that I like, let alone something like Ween. But! She’s an awesome best friend & came to the Boston shows this past October for my birthday. I tried to make a mix of songs that she would truly enjoy, even if I had to leave some of my favs off. I shared it on IG & got great feedback from a lot of folks that had never given Ween a chance… or had only heard one of their less-listenable tunes. Anyway!
