For spotify I use [this playlist](https://open.spotify.com/user/ruhin94/playlist/0bG1EMQkukEeO7vvcQQQYU?si=Pg5IUpnPR-y_2jUJMSXD0w) as just general music, and sometimes I'll pick specific songs or skip them depending on mood. You can also find lots of nature sounds if you search. [This mixer](https://rpg.ambient-mixer.com/) is pretty good too, and has neat tools in it. It took me a few minutes of playing with it to figure out the tools, but it's pretty easy. Also you can just youtube sounds for what you need and find playlists. I think just having SOME sounds is more important that having the RIGHT sound or none at all.
