[Here's yesterday's "Underrated [FRESH] Threads" thread.](https://www.reddit.com/r/popheads/comments/cvaxbg/underrated_fresh_threads_august_2019_edition/) About the same amount of participation as last month's, which is solid, and there was a bit of discussion happening in the comments which always titillates me. Some info/personal thoughts: * I finally found a format that I like for posting links that highlights the genre tag/artist/song title separately. * For reference my 5 picks were "F You I Love You" by KYLE/Teyana Taylor, "Indigo" by NIKI, "The Upside" by Lindsey Stirling/Elle King, *Be Runway* by Bree Runway, and *Never Grow Up* by Chanmina. I stand by all of them and still heartily recommend them. * The "auto-included" picks were "feel something" by Bea Miller, "British Bombs" by Declan McKenna, and *Anak Ko* by Jay Som. reddit is wacky so the number of up votes changes every time I refresh the page but I think they've all crossed the 50 up votes line as of now. * Emotional Oranges, ieuan, and Magdalena Bay have appeared on both lists, let's go dedicated fanbases! * The yeule videos were really pretty even if the music was a bit too avant garde for me. * ["blame game" by mxmtoon](https://www.reddit.com/r/popheads/comments/cngz7k/mxmtoon_blame_game/) was really good, I actually listened to some more of her stuff and I can say I might be becoming a fan. * ["I Want You To Stay" by Tyzo Bloom/Lenachka](https://www.reddit.com/r/popheads/comments/cnnxsa/tyzo_bloom_i_want_you_to_stay_ft_lenachka/) was another pleasant surprise, it was very pretty and calming. * [Snoh Aalegra](https://www.reddit.com/r/popheads/comments/cqycaz/snoh_aalegra_ugh_those_feels_again/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=usertext&utm_name=popheads&utm_content=t3_cvaxbg) dropped a really solid album as well. * [Fletcher's new EP](https://www.reddit.com/r/popheads/comments/cr1591/fletcher_you_ruined_new_york_city_for_me/) got a great reception from people in the thread, multiple people chimed in saying how much they loved it. I enjoyed it a lot when I listened to it too, we might be seeing more of her around popheads. And there we go! I'm having fun doing these (something to fill my empty days) and I hope they keep growing.
