I appreciate the analysis! I truly think a lot of our songs hold a lot of influence that are strictly non-DGD but may be things that they have also pulled from. We have a [Spotify playlist](https://open.spotify.com/user/1218882091/playlist/1NnvWoUzC6VPgD96OkSICu?si=AWMufr5dTjucRSNIxZRUcQ) of all the things we were listening to when we wrote these tunes and DGD really wasn’t there. Progressive post-hardcore isn’t owned by just them. DGD has never done a go-go song. DGD hasn’t done a bounce song (Louisiana Purchase), nor do they have a song with a female vocal (Mt. Midoriyama). We have a bunch of elements that are rightfully our own already and those should be acknowledged as such. But honestly, thank you for listening and being excited because we are too about where we’re going.
