Gonna have to strongly disagree. Some of my favorite rock albums ever have come out in the last decade. We are at a point in time where anyone can start a band and get their music on Spotify for anyone to listen. There is SO much good rock out there. You just have to start actually looking. Rock is in such a cool place right now. Especially on the indie scene. So many different styles are being combined and evolved. Honestly it’s pretty overwhelming at times thinking about the sheer amount of good music out there just waiting to be heard. Edit: Here is a personal playlist of mine that I’m constantly adding to. Just all sorts of different rock from the past 10 years or so that I’ve come across and enjoy. https://open.spotify.com/user/actuallycraigo/playlist/1fKOblnXEOQf4EdcirAAnR?si=PfZR2GsRTOqmJvkU9OvZVg Rock is not dead, its just not mainstream anymore.
