The visuals are quite intense...if that is your first time on 400... The beginning will be a bit intense but once you go into the void.... it's beautiful . Yes you can interact with people who you are close with (tripsitters/ people who know you are on it /any friends (or) apparently anyone except for yer mum) it feels good to have a conversation with anyone once you have settled down in the trip...but make sure you don't talk much because you will create a word salad (happened with me idk about other's on this matter)....
