I wouldn't worry about losing any more weight. Find a decent road bike, put melk in both bottles, and ride till your legs fall off. When you grow some new legs, find a low key cat5 race, and prepare to get spanked. Find another cat5 race and get slightly less spanked. Keep doing this as long as you can stand getting spanked. Once you've recovered from your spankings and have decided to get serious, buy a powermeter, do an FTP test, and start doing sweetspots, intervals, and 2x20's based on that data. If you're super serial about not getting spanked, get a coach, and learn exactly how much you can hate yourself in 2 hour intervals.
