Well don't know if this will be much help. 1. Go for a run. Doesn't matter if you can't run, walk. Maybe blast music on your headphones while you do that 2. Learn to meditate. It isn't as simple as it is to say. Sit in complete silence on floor and just try to let all the worries and stress go away for just a minute. Slowly as you practice try to increase that time to 5 mins. Then to 15 mins. You can use white noise if you feel that the voice in your head ia stopping you from relaxing. Go on a break from your daily routine/job. Nothing is important than YOU. 5. I also practice something I call as inner interrogation. Like can my worries or thoughts wait for another day? Why do I feel shit all the time? Am I feeling guilty of something? What can I do to improve my situation by a fraction? 6. Avoid toxic and shitty people. Do not care what they will think. Life is too short to worry about others who are not worth it. Even if it means you being alone it is still worth it. Only when you release yourself from their hold will you understand what healthy relationship means. That means you will have to be at the loneliest point of life before you see the light. This list goes on and on. I cannot afford a therapist nor have people to talk to. Also tbh I don't do all the things on this list perfectly all the time but that's ok because I am a human. I try to do as much as I can without forcing myself to follow any schedule or rule or whatever that constraints me.
