I think you're confusing [grime](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grime_\(music_genre\)) with [UK hip hop](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_hip_hop) and it's subgenres, because that's definitely not true. Maybe back in 2014-2017. Nowadays [UK drill](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_hip_hop#UK_drill), trap, hip hop, and some afrobeats artists reign supreme, grime isn't as popular anymore at all. Also, there isn't any grime in the [RapCaivar](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DX0XUsuxWHRQd?si=tWoncQgCRrO5bn1KgSS-xw) playlist. It's all American music. UK playlists like [Who We Be](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DXcDoDDetPsEg?si=iEebmW-IRX2ViTI4YyKgqQ) and [Rap UK](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DX6PKX5dyBKeq?si=lYRfrG-MTRiKREAn4zXKcQ) don't have any grime either. Who We Be is dominated by drill music, but also trap, afrobeats, R&B. Rap UK is a bit more varied but covers the same genres roughly. Looking at the charts, [there's no grime there](https://www.officialcharts.com/charts/singles-chart/).
