Firstly highly recommend Nos with MDMA, a double whippet in the balloon when you're peaking is almost orgasmic! A balloon or 2 when coming up is great for kicking in the MD, and it's all good for the come down cos each Nos brings you back up abit... the only problem is once it wears off you notice so come down more so need another one. It's very good with the right music, cue up and song and do the balloon to the peak or the buzziest part of the song.
