Ok. Breathe. You're going to be fine. Download the app "Headspace", the first 7 or 10 (don't remember) meditations are free. They'll help you center and calm yourself. Grab a cup of tea, your most favorite flavor (preferably something herby or minty), your favourite blanket and put on some relaxing music. When you're ready and cozy, follow the first meditation (take the longest time available, I believe it's 10~15min for the first few), and follow the instructions. It's OK if you are unable to do exactly what is said (as the instructions will confirm), but it's a good start. Afterwards, sit back and watch your favourite funny/calming TV show, nothing with too much drama. Good suggestions are "The Office", "Parks & Recreation" and such. Distract yourself. After having taken these stims, your body and brain need a little time to go back to baseline. It most often takes only a few days, but will always get better. You'll get better.
