\*Elderflower Gimlet\* 1 1/2 oz Gin 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur 1 oz Lime juice 4 Cucumber Slices (muddled) This is one of the first cocktails that pulled my wife and I into the world of craft cocktail making. Super simple and very refreshing, perfect for a hot summer night. If you want it a bit stronger I would drop the elderflower to ¾ oz and up the gin to 1 ¾ oz. The music for this mix is 90’s hip hop with cut up piano jazz loops as well as contemporary artists implementing their own jazz instrumentation. For fans of A Tribe Called Quest, Blu and Noname.
