I became a swiftie thanks to folklore and evermore too, and I felt similar to how you're feeling right now. What I did was listen to all her songs in order of release. [I found a playlist on spotify that has all songs in order](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4GQD49kf1lZ5y29oVayAQi?si=TRcBWz7PT52CXJ1fai7tgA&utm_source=copy-link), I listened to a couple of songs almost every day, so it took me several days to finish the playlist - I wasn't in a rush tho, I wanted to give each one a chance and pay attention to the lyrics and everything else. I also made a playlist where I added the songs I really loved, and I added many from her earlier albums! and I found several new favorites in every album, which was something I wasn't fully expecting! (due to my limited knowledge on Taylor at that time, having listened only to folklore and evermore, I thought I wouldn't like her other albums as much!) So from experience I'd recommend you to do something like that, maybe try it for a while and see how you feel! But if you aren't that interested in becoming a full-on die-hard swiftie and you just want to check some of her other albums, not her entire discography (which is perfectly fine!) then I'd simply pick one of the albums others are recommending in the comments. There are no wrong answers, if you listen to several songs in one album and you aren't vibing with them at all, then leave it and pick another one, it's okay!
