Dig it. Kind of reminds me of Wata Igarashi slightly. Check out the playlist I linked. I get Detroit based artists that send me similar stuff to what you posted. In that list check out St. Concrete, Alstadt Echo, and Uun. I think the production starts with layering some noise samples. A good idea I had is to use a small recorder and stick it in your window. Especially if we got some wind going outside, with an occasional airplane, traffic, and animals passing by. You can then layer that with some airy/ethereal pad sounds and evolve them over time. I use Logic as well and you can use its tape delay as a tape saturation. You just turn off the delay parts. Hope that helps.
