He seems to have a very eclectic taste. He doesn’t seem to stick to just one genre in particular. He doesn’t shy away from the modern stuff (i.e. when he attended Ariana’s concert last year, inviting Stormzy and rapping along with him, mentioning Steve Lacy, King Princess, Lizzo). It’s also obvious he loves the classics as well. We know he loves Fleetwood Mac. He’s also mentioned loving Elvis, Joni Mitchell (he’s seems to be a huge fanboy of hers), Van Morrison, the Eagles, and many more. In his Rolling Stone profile it was mentioned he was listening to a classic country radio station. And Canyon Moon is an obvious homage to the ‘60s folk scene of Laurel Canyon (and I always thought it sounds a lot like Stephen Stills’ Love the One You’re With). He also seems to love ‘60s and ‘70s soul. So, yeah, sorry for the lengthy answer, but this is one of the things I love about him. I’m a huge music lover, and we seem to have similar tastes when it comes to music.
