The genre you're referring to is called deathstep. In deathstep, you've got orchestral deathstep (Code:Pandorum's style), what some call minatory (white-noise / buzz focussed), more screamo influenced (Qoiet), tearout (rap influenced), and more recently, deathtempo (midtempo (e.g rezz) + deathstep). Right now, 'deathtempo' only has two more notable tracks, 'Sweet Dreams' and 'Purpose', both by Code:Pandorum. Code:Pandorum has his own record label called Crowsnest Audio.
