I am also old. Hi. For your screamo+post rocky Envy stuff, I can’t recommend Infant Island enough. Especially the [Sepulchur](https://infantisland.bandcamp.com/album/sepulcher) ep. Similarly, [Respire](https://respirefamily.bandcamp.com/album/black-line) and [Heaven in Her Arms](https://heaveninherarms.bandcamp.com/album/white-halo) are fucking brilliant.
