Well honestly I'm not really sure if I can answer that one since I'm not an expert in music and haven't listened to their first album enough, but I can definitely say that albums Melophobia (2013) and Tell Me I'm Pretty (2015) have that dreamy, soothing and melancholic sound! Sure they are different than Beach Fossils if we're talking sound presentation and style of playing, but I'd say they have similiar indie/dreampop vibe and feeling to it. Both of these bands remind me of my hometown memories, for how easy they take me back there through the dreamy guitar sounds and vivid lyricism. And not to forget - Unpeeled by Cage the Elephant is also a great album, contains different versions of songs from previous albums, so I recommend that one as well!
