I tend to listen to any electronic music with any sort of 'big' or sudden drop (timing it in with the actual lift). Without it it can make a huge difference as to whether or not I do the lift (especially deadlifts and squats). Some songs can even make it worse. e.g. Uptown funk coming on in the middle of a set of squats just fucking kills it because of how much it doesn't suit it. I usually listen to [this](https://open.spotify.com/user/1153187348/playlist/6JypaC8Pxtkp4r2SwD11PV), skipping until I find a song that's got a good drop but trying to make a new list which just has those songs [here](https://open.spotify.com/user/1153187348/playlist/0DgXTJ6fUYyOyhIFCjoWEZ). The ones that push me through PRs regularly include: [Tension by Ilan Bluestone](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-AATEkjUr4) <- Perfect drop for lifting [The Fall by Xilent and 7 Lions](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIGAvxUGZq0) [Platinum Chains by Michael Woods](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25QiTmckeZk) [SLVR by Steve Angello](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-f9z_oDn9U) <- Insanely good at hyping you up
