There *is* a difference in the track, whether or not you can hear it and you can be bothered in pursuing the life of lossless listening is up to your personal preference. The important thing here is to enjoy the music in a way that makes *YOU* happy. The Bose QC25 are a nice set of noise cancelling headphones, they are functionally great at noise cancelling! That said, I generally don't like the sound of bose. They make speakers that are very compact and sound great for their size. However, I feel they generally lack in a lot of mids. You might be better off to head over to /r/headphones and investigate your options; just remember, your personal tastes and lifestyle are your ultimate decider.
