So you're looking for early 00's post-hardcore with a good singer? I'm not too familiar with the genre in that time period, but try The Paramedic, *Apollo EP*. It came out in 2009, but I can feel it's heavily inspired by that era. The singer is at a lower register compared to Jonny (especially early Jonny) but I think it might check your boxes. Maybe also try Lower Definition's *The Greatest of All Lost Arts (*also 2009) to kind of hit those slower moments from WISIRO & DBM. Vocal style of the singer is different from Jonny's, but isn't that much of a far cry. There's also a Jonny feature on there too.
