I'd say Charli XCX. I've been a fan of hers for a long time, and every era is a bit different in the sound, but they always still have her style and attitude, and she consistently puts out quality bops. I'm aware that not everyone feels this way-- I know there's oldschool Charli fans who only like True Romance, and people who don't like her Sucker era, or people who only really got into her when she started working with PC Music, but for me, Charli XCX has always been consistently a pop queen. edit: Also, I've posted this on this sub a few times already, but check out my intro to charli xcx (prior to pop 2) playlist, [its charli bb](https://open.spotify.com/user/livetobehuman/playlist/6tN1Xh8E4BgkusRwbjX7Pu), there's a few songs from every era in there. I noticed especially in the recent [Charli XCX rate](https://www.reddit.com/r/popheads/comments/7s6flf/top_ten_pop_ten_charli_xcx/), that even though I'm a PC Music fan, I actually like a LOT of her older stuff just as much. And that doesn't even include her collaborations, like with Mura Masa or Whethan ! And all her unreleased material !!
