To find shows: I follow rave pages on Facebook to find out about events, and once I had rave friends we would just talk about going to them together! I live in California where a lot of raves happen though so it was a bit easier for me to find shows and make friends. Terminology: PLUR is a big one, it means Peace Love Unity Respect and it basically is like a set of principles for raves; people also use it to trade *kandi* (which are the bracelets!) There are also actions when trading Kandi but people at raves can show you that haha. Trading kandi usually happens when you vibe with someone you meet at a rave. I personally love just giving them out bc I like to make a lot. Rave friends: Follow and join rave groups on Facebook, and keep up with people you meet at raves!
