Bitter, smokey, and herbal without being unbalanced. It’s a must try for anyone that has a bottle of Suze around. The music for this one is the blues sounds of the Sahra, which applies the traditional electric blues guitar and pairs it with African and Middle Eastern sounds and rhythms.
