*A Love Supreme* - 2 oz Mezcal - 1⁄2 oz Creme De Cassis - 1⁄4 oz Campari - 1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup - 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice - 2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters Maybe the best mezcal drink I’ve ever had, sorry Naked&Famous. Obviously it’s smokey but the tart fruit of the cassis makes this something very special. I put some Chile/Lime salt on the rim which I liked but the original recipe called for smoked salt. The recipe is courtesy of Olamaie in Austin, TX. The tunes on this one are groove heavy and seductive. For fans of BADBADNOTGOOD or anyone that’s wanted to get into jazz but has had reservations or didn’t know where to start. Recipe also found in the playlist description.
