That's for 'downstairs', which was typically rock/light industrial. I have another one for 'upstairs', which was where the drug taking, dance all night industrial/edm was played. If you don't want to use spotify, you can look those artists/song titles up on YT pretty easily enough. Quite a few of those songs are post-2000, so they're anachronistic if you're playing VtM pre-2000 setting, but people won't know if you don't tell em ;) You can also look at the very excellent OST for Underworld IV, or if you want something a bit different, 'Ashes to Ashes...' by the band Heavenly is a concept album about a man who's turned into a vampire, his trials over the centuries, and eventual fight with his sire.
