I have an SCP hip hop playlist. https://open.spotify.com/user/potaterbaker/playlist/7rPG9fpDWbYkTgI4G6N0f3?si=OF2nbRnv There's no real criteria as to why any of the tracks on it got added, I just picked stuff that vaguely reminded me of SCP in any way whatsoever, whether it be a specific skip or use of eerie voice samples or just creepy sounding in general. FEAR. reminds me a lot of Kalinin's proposal just for the whole thing about Kendrick's cousin saying the true children of Israel are the racial minorities in the world and God loves them but still punishes them for their ancestors' actions (I don't really get it either but the song is dope so whatever). Like, the idea of a powerful entity supposedly loving you but causing you suffering all the same reminded me of that a lot. I also put LOVE. because I like to imagine SCP-001 torturing people to it lol. Also Mask Off reminds me of 035. I had Goosebumps on repeat while I was reading all of the 3000 contest entries since I was obsessed with the song at the time so I literally cannot listen to it without thinking about thinking of Anantashesha.
