First of all we owe this community a huge thank you! Tomorrow we are going to making the live debut DJ’ ing at a bar for the Rochester Cocktail Revival and it wouldn’t have happened without this community. So thank you! *Snake Eyes* -1 1⁄2 oz Mezcal - 2 oz Coconut Water - 1⁄4 oz Lime Juice - 1⁄2 oz Simple Syrup - 1 tsp Banana Liqueur Freaking love it this drink. This was the first time that the wife and I have used coconut water in a cocktail and it make for one of the most refreshing drinks I’ve ever had. Btw if anyone else has other recipes with coconut water send them my way. The music for this mix is everything I love about independent artists, the songs are raw and filled with passion and grit in ways that get lost in high end production. Even if you don’t think you like country give this one a spin.
